Biography
- An active member of the Older Women’s Network, a provincial organization that works in support of issues involving mid-life and older women
- Member of the Board of her co-op and organizer of several committees
- Coming to Canada with her husband during the Vietnam War, a supporter of war resisters
- Her husband and she fostered a number of children
- Retired from teaching special education in elementary school
- Now a part-time high school supply teacher
- Has continued her studies at the University of Toronto and Seneca College where she took a certificate in special effects makeup
- Has lived in Don Mills for over 30 years.
